As we start the year, our focus as a team will be on improving efficiency and strengthening our processes to make it easier for us to work collaboratively, strategically, and consistently. A key part of that is how we visually display, schedule and track our work. This is what we will share with ELT, so it’s important that it is clear, accurate, and easy to maintain.

The first item up for discussion is the platform we use. I’ve created a short, anonymous survey where you can select either Microsoft Planner or the Communications Calendar in Outlook. It’s important that we choose something the entire team will use regularly and feel comfortable with. We’ll keep this simple—majority wins!
